Reparations Baton passes to Antigua/Barbuda
Following stops in Barbados and Guyana, the CARICOM Reparations Commission’s baton makes a stop in Antigua and Barbuda where a Reparations Relay will be held as part of National Heroes Day celebrations next Wednesday.
The Baton was handed over by Dr. Hillary Browne, Programme Manager, Culture, CARICOM Secretariat, to Ambassador Anthony Liverpool of the Antigua/Barbuda Ministry of Foreign Affairs on the margins of the just ended Regional Services Sector symposium. Ambassador Liverpool represented Mr. Dorbrene O’Marde, Chairman of the Antigua and Barbuda Reparations Support Commission.
