Jamaica and The Bahamas strengthening ties with new Bahamian Commissioner

Jamaica’s Prime Minister The Most Hon. Portia Simpson-Miller today held discussions with Mr. Picewell Forbes, High Commissioner-designate of the Commonwealth of The Bahamas to Jamaica.

Prime Minister Simpson-Miller congratulated the High Commissioner on his new assignment, noting that the Government looks forward to working with him to deepen the relationship between both countries.
