CARICOM negotiators to defend gains as Climate Change Outcome Document delayed

CARICOM Negotiators are keen to protect the text which supports their issues and concerns in the draft Agreement for the UN Climate Change conference, COP 21, in France. This, as deliberations continue on the final outcome document, now due for release on Saturday.
