President of the Caribbean Court of Justice (CCJ) Sir Denis Byron has been talking up the strength of the CCJ to Heads of State from across the Region.

Sir Denis is in Antigua/Barbuda for the 15th Conference of Presidents and Governors-General of the Caribbean region.
