The West Indies men, with a dramatic 24 run final over of four consecutive sixes from the bat of Carlos Brathwaite and half century by Marlon Samuels, crushed England to be crowned world champions in the Finals of the ICC T20 Championships in Indian today.
The men followed the Windies Women who had earlier defeated defending champions Australia to take the ICC World T20 Women’s title.
