CARICOM and Commonwealth SGs meet

New Commonwealth Secretary-General Baroness Patricia Scotland today paid a courtesy call on CARICOM Secretary-General Ambassador Irwin LaRocque at the Headquarters of the CARICOM Secretariat, Georgetown, Guyana.

Baroness Scotland who, like Ambassador LaRocque, hails from Dominica, took office on 1 April 2016 as the sixth Secretary-General of the Commonwealth and the first woman to hold the post.
