CYAs prioritise agriculture and education for the upcoming year

CARICOM Youth Ambassadors (CYAs) last week visited the CARICOM Secretariat in Georgetown, Guyana for an Orientation and Capacity-Building workshop. The purpose of the workshop was to help the CYAs familiarise themselves with their duties and to introduce them to the staff at the CARICOM Secretariat, as well as help them to devise specific plans through which they can conduct their duties as Youth Ambassadors for the Region. Coming out of the workshop, the CYAs determined that they would focus on two keys areas – agriculture and education.
