CARDI talks up coconut potential

The Caribbean Research and Development Institute (CARDI) is the oldest and only CARICOM body responsible for agricultural research and development in the region.

At its Open Day, coconut water’s potential for export was discussed as well as climate-smart ways to manage coconut waste.
