Energy Security Summit – Opportunity to devise solutions to pressing problem

These goals dovetail with one of the key strategies of CARICOM’s Five-Year Strategic Plan 2015-2019 which identifies energy efficiency, diversification and cost reduction as a key factor in building competitiveness.
Caribbean Community (CARICOM) Chairman, Prime Minister of The Bahamas Rt. Hon. Perry Christie in his Statement to the Energy Security Summit, Washington, DC, 26 January 2015.
