Tribute to a great regionalist – Editorial – Jamaica Observer

The recent passing of Barbadian native Mr Frederick Lloyd Cozier signals the end of an era in regional integration. Mr Cozier etched his name in the history of the Caribbean Community (Caricom) as the first Head of a Caribbean regional secretariat. We join the Caricom Secretariat in this tribute to an outstanding Caribbean man.
