Active Day Two for CARICOM at ‘Financing for Development’ conference

Some of the Day-Two highlights.
Representatives of CARICOM Member States and the CARICOM Secretariat are among government, business and civil society leaders from around the work at the Third International Conference on Financing for Development which runs from 13-16 July in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia.
They have come together to launch a global partnership for financing people-centred sustainable development, look at all available sources of finance, and work to direct resources to where they are needed most.
CARICOM Secretary-General Ambassador Irwin LaRocque is scheduled to address the conference on Thursday.
