Havana Summit Decides on regional Action Plan to Fight Ebola

– Venezuelan President Nicolas Maduro at the close of a three-hour meeting of member countries of the Bolivarian Alliance for the Peoples of Our America-Trade Agreement of Peoples (ALBA-TCP) on Monday.

A 23-point joint declaration emerged from the Summit which was called to address the threat the region faces from Ebola.
