Caribbean explores Blue Growth and Risk Management

Twenty experts from the Eastern Caribbean but also from Belize, Ireland and Trinidad participated in the four-day workshop held in Saint Lucia last week week which explored Blue Growth & Risk Management in the Caribbean through Earth Observation.
