CARICOM Chairman and SG speak on Dominica’s devastation

In August 2015 Dominica was badly hit by Hurricane Erika. Following the widespread devastation several CARICOM member states extended a helping hand to the country in its time of need. The following video is of a press briefing held by Prime Minister of Barbados & Chairman of CARICOM, Freundel Stuart, and CARICOM Secretary General, Ambassador Irwin LaRocque, after they toured several badly affected areas in Dominica.
