CARICOM Foreign Ministers come together ahead of Heads Meeting

CARICOM Foreign Ministers gathered in The Bahamas Wednesday, 25 February 2016 for the seventh Special Meeting of the Council for Foreign and Community Relations (COFCOR). The Meeting, chaired by Foreign Minister of The Bahamas Hon. Fred Mitchell, would provide recommendations on several foreign policy issues to the 26th Inter-sessional Meeting of CARICOM Heads, 26 – 27 February 2015.
