CARICOM SG holds discussions with Japanese Minister
CARICOM Secretary-General Ambassador Irwin LaRocque shakes hands with Japan’s State Minister for Foreign Affairs, Yashuhide Nakayama following their bilateral meeting on Wednesday in Saint Lucia.
The State Minister is also scheduled to meet with the Council for Foreign and Community Relations (COFCOR) on Friday – the final day of the Council’s 18th meeting now taking place in Saint Lucia.
