Community Council of Ministers Meeting begins at CARICOM Secretariat

The 35th Meeting of the Community Council of Ministers, the second highest organ in the Caribbean Community (CARICOM), began meeting on Friday morning at the CARICOM Secretariat. The opening session of the Meeting of Ministers with responsibility for CARICOM was addressed by Chairman of the Council, the Hon. Fred Mitchell, Foreign Affairs Minister of The Bahamas, and Secretary-General of CARICOM, Ambassador Irwin LaRocque.
