Former Dominica President, Dr. Nicholas Liverpool, passes on
The sixth President of the Commonwealth of Dominica, Dr. Nicholas Liverpool has died.
Liverpool, who has been ailing for some time and who resigned the presidency due to ill health, passed away in Miami today, DNO understands.
He was 81.
