Guyana bank observes CARICOM Day
The Guyana Bank for Trade and Industry (GBTI) observed CARICOM Day with an exhibition held at the Bank’s headquarters in Georgetown, Guyana, from 27-29 June. The exhibition featured a display by the CARICOM Secretariat.
CARICOM Day celebrates the signing of the Treaty of Chaguaramas on 4 July, 1973. It is observed in Guyana on the first Monday in July, as a national holiday.
