Health Minister of St. Kitts and Nevis is new chair of PANCAP

Minister of Health of St. Kitts and Nevis, the Hon. Marcella Liburd is the new Chairman of the Pan Caribbean Partnership against HIV/AIDS (PANCAP).

Minister Liburd’s election by her Caribbean colleagues took place at PANCAP’s 13th Annual General Meeting now taking place in Guadeloupe.

It is being held under the theme `Positioning the Partnership for Post 2015’.

Priority areas for discussion are sustainability and elimination of stigma and discrimination,” said Minister Liburd in a posting on her FaceBook page.
