On the ground for first hand look: CARICOM SG visits storm-damaged DOMINICA – video

CARICOM Secretary-General Ambassador Irwin LaRocque is in Dominica for a first hand assessment of the situation on the ground and to lend support to the Dominican Government and people in their recovery effort.

The SG joined Prime Minister Roosevelt Skerrit’s nightly media Update to the nation last night, shortly after his arrival.
