UN climate panel says ‘unprecedented changes’ needed to limit global warming to 1.5°C

Limiting global warming to 1.5°C will require “far-reaching and unprecedented changes” to human behaviour, according to a United Nations scientific panel, launching a special report on Monday that finds some of the actions needed are already under way, but must be dramatically increased.
