Participants laud valuable, timely CARICOM Workshop on Environmental Agreements

The CARICOM Secretariat recently hosted a workshop on Multilateral Environmental Agreements (MEAs) in Guyana March 24 – 26. There were approximately 35 participants from the Customs Department, Ministry of Environment, the Guyana Hydrometeorological Department, the Environmental Protection Agency, and related organizations. There was also an expert presenter from the Basel Convention Regional Centre for Training and Technology Transfer for the Caribbean.
