Pursue overseas markets – CARIFESTA participants encouraged
Patrons to the Caribbean Festival of Arts (CARIFESTA XIII) now underway in Barbados are confident that there are opportunities for participants to earn a living in markets outside of the Caribbean.
They’re being told to grab them, but more importantly, to follow them up as well.
