Mr. Desir and fellow CYA Stecia Stanislaus met this week with CARICOM Secretary-General Ambassador Irwin LaRocque during his round of meetings in Saint Lucia. Dr. June Soomer, St. Lucia’s Ambassador to CARICOM, also shared in the discussions.
