Swimmer Alia – Pride and Joy of entire Caribbean: Jamaica’s Prime Minister

I was in Cuba when the news came of Alia’s outstanding achievement in Doha. Heads of Governments from across the Caribbean region who were in Cuba, celebrated with Jamaica as if Alia was their own. She is the pride and joy of the entire Caribbean.
