Tropical Storm Grace continues trek towards Eastern caribbean

Monday 11 a.m. update
- Tropical Storm Grace was located about 810 miles west of the Republic of Cabo Verde as of late Monday morning.
- No additional strengthening is forecast as Graces moves toward the west early this week.
- As Grace moves into the central Atlantic Ocean and eventually the waters near the Lesser Antilles, it’s forecast to weaken due to increased wind shear.
- Grace could degenerate into a tropical wave or remnant low near the Lesser Antilles due to this wind shear. This would be similar to what we saw with Danny in August.
