Single ICT space in focus at Prime Minsters’ summit
Dr. the Rt. Hon. Keith Mitchell, Prime Minister of Grenada, and lead Head of Government for Science and Technology in CARICOM‘s Quasi Cabinet, on Tuesday 16 January delivered the keynote address at the Prime Ministers’ Forum in Antigua and Barbuda. The Forum is an initiative of the Caribbean Telecommunications Union (CTU) and the Caribbean Centre for Development Administration (CARICAD).
