CARICOM Chair visits Secretariat
Chairman of the Caribbean Community (CARICOM) Dr. the Hon. Timothy Harris, Prime Minister of St. Kitts and Nevis, arrived at the CARICOM Secretariat in Georgetown, Guyana, today.
Prime Minister Harris will hold talks with CARICOM Secretary-General, Ambassador Irwin LaRocque and the Executive Management Committee of the Secretariat, and will address the Secretariat’s Staff.
The Chairman’s visit to the CARICOM Secretariat this week comes ahead of the 30th Inter-Sessional Meeting of CARICOM Heads of Government, which will be held in St. Kitts and Nevis from February 26-27.
Prime Minister Harris assumed the CARICOM Chairmanship on January 1, 2019.
