CARICOM Foreign Ministers meet ahead of Sixth CARICOM-Cuba Ministerial

Foreign Ministers and other Heads of Delegation from CARICOM Member States met in Caucus Thursday afternoon ahead of the Sixth CARICOM Cuba Ministerial to be held at the Arthur Chung Convention Centre, in Guyana, Friday.

Cuba’s Foreign Minister His Excellency  Bruno Rodriguez Parilla will address the Opening Ceremony, scheduled for 9:00 a.m.  He will be joined by CARICOM Secretary-General Ambassador Irwin LaRocque; Guyana’s new Foreign Minister Hon. Dr Karen Cummings and  the Chair of the Council for Foreign and Community Relations (COFCOR), Grenada’s Foreign Minister Hon. Peter David.
