Women in Leadership: Dawn Baldeo-Koylass, first woman appointed Director of Finance, CARICOM Secretariat

The Communications Unit of the CARICOM Secretariat began a series in March 2022 to introduce women at the Secretariat who are working tirelessly, blazing trails, shattering glass ceilings and creating history. The series was launched on 8 March 2022, International Women’s Day.

In this production, we feature Ms. Dawn Baldeo-Koylass, the first woman to hold the position of Director of Finance at the Secretariat.
