World Community understanding CARICOM’s temperature rise concerns – Barbados Environment Minister

Barbados Environment Minister Dr. Denis Lowe says negotiations among Ministers at the COP21 Monday shows the world community is better understanding the CARICOM push for a international commitment to global temperature rise of as far under 1.5 degrees Celsius below pre-industrial levels as possible.

Minister Lowe, co-chaired Monday’s discussion on future temperature rises at the Climate Change conference, COP 21, in Paris France.
