Vincentians remember deadly accident

Vincentian Prime Minister Dr. Ralph Gonsalves led the placing of wreaths as the country marked today’s first anniversary of the “Rock Gutter” accident which claimed the lives of seven students when the mini-van taking them to school went over an embankment and plunged into the sea.  The bodies of two of the students were never recovered.
