CARICOM SG and St. Lucia PM meet

Saint Lucia’s Prime Minister Hon. Allen Chastanet (2nd right) on Tuesday hosted CARICOM Secretary-General Ambassador Irwin LaRocque (2nd left) for talks on Regional integration matters at his official residence in Castries.  Saint Lucia’s Ambassador to CARICOM Mr. Cosmos Richardson  and Chef de Cabinet at the CARICOM Secretariat Ms Charmaine Atkinson-Jordan joined the discussions.

Prime Minister Chastanet became Prime Minister of Saint Lucia following the country’s 6 June  2016 general elections at which his United Workers Party (UWP) won 11 of the 17 seats at stake.
